Registration & Refund Policy
EMSCON Solutions, LLC · Last updated November 2026
This policy explains how registration, payment, cancellations, and refunds work for EMSCON Solutions, LLC training courses, consulting, and event medical standby services. By registering for a course or booking a service, you agree to the terms below. If you have questions before registering, please contact us — we're glad to help.
1. Registration & Payment
- Open-enrollment courses (such as CPR/AED and the New Parent Program) are paid in full at the time of registration. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.
- Group and contracted courses (such as EVOS and AHDR) require a 50% non-refundable deposit by the registration deadline to reserve the date and secure materials. The remaining balance is due before certificates of completion and/or certifications are issued.
- Established organizational clients may be eligible for Net-30 invoicing by prior arrangement. Contact us to set up invoiced billing.
- Payments are processed securely online. Prices are listed per person unless noted otherwise.
2. Minimum Enrollment (Group Courses)
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling by the Participant
- Open-enrollment courses: Cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days before the class for a full refund or free transfer to another date. Cancellations with less than 5 business days' notice may be transferred once to a future class but are not refundable.
- Group/contracted courses: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once paid, as it reserves your date and covers materials and scheduling. With at least 10 business days' notice, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months.
- No-shows: Participants who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
4. Cancellation by EMSCON Solutions
If EMSCON Solutions cancels a course for any reason (including not meeting minimum enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or facility issues), you will be offered your choice of a full refund (including any deposit) or a transfer to the next available date at no additional cost.
5. Late Arrival
Certification courses follow the standards of their certifying organizations (NAEMT, ASHI, and others), which require full attendance and successful skills demonstration. Participants who arrive late and miss required content may be asked to reschedule and may forfeit the class fee.
6. Certificates & Certification
- Certificates of completion and/or certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements and, for group/contracted courses, receipt of the full balance due.
- Certifications are issued under the standards and timelines of the applicable certifying organization.
7. Event Medical Standby & Consulting
Event medical standby and consulting engagements are quoted and scheduled individually. These typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date, with the balance due per the agreement for that engagement. Specific terms are provided in your quote or service agreement.
8. Location of Classes
Classes are held at partner locations, or on-site at your facility for group bookings. The confirmed location is provided with your registration confirmation or in your booking arrangements.
